Store Policy

All our garments are made locally in Sarasota, FL & ship within 5-7 business days from order date. If it's a rush please let us know & we will try our best to get it shipped sooner. Please email us to determine shipping rates. We ship exclusively with USPS Priority Mail to addresses in the USA. Currently we do not ship Internationally.

Sales Tax
We collect sales tax of 7.000% on all items shipped to a Florida State address. We do not collect sales tax on orders being shipped to all other States.

Exchange/Return Policy
We want you to be happy with your order. Because of the uniqueness of the BOBO and BUTTERFLI collections we can not accept returns or exchanges at this time. We will accept returns and exchanges for the RIPE Collection only. Items must be in their original condition, unwashed, unused, & unworn within 10 days of receipt. Please include all the original packaging, labels and materials sent with the item. All return shipping charges and insurance are the responsibility of the customer. We cannot accept C.O.D. shipments. Any refund will be credited back to your PayPal account or credit card. Please email us with any questions at info@byrusset.com and include RETURNS in the email subject.

You can send the RIPE collection back to us at the address below. Once we receive your package, we will promptly exchange or refund as you instruct. Please be aware that based on the small size of our company and the slow sew process, garments you may want to exchange may be out of stock. Please remember to include your packing list and order number so that we can correctly credit your account. On the back of the list please note the reason for your return to help us better serve you.
